Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of the TrekMesh website (trekmesh.com). By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What this website is
TrekMesh is in active development. This website is informational: it presents the product and lets you join a waitlist to be notified about the launch. It is not, at this stage, a paid service, and it does not provide user accounts or access to the application.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and optional. You may leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
- You must provide an email address that is yours, or that you are authorised to submit. Do not submit other people's addresses without their consent.
- Any pricing shown on the website (for example an annual Premium plan) is indicative and may change before launch. It is not an offer to sell. Paid subscriptions, when they open, will be governed by separate terms of sale presented at checkout.
- We do not guarantee a launch date, nor that every waitlist feature will ship as described.
3. Intellectual property
The TrekMesh name, logo, texts, and visuals on this website are owned by the publisher and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without prior written permission, except as allowed by law. Open-source components used by the website remain under their respective licenses.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
- submit fraudulent, abusive, or automated waitlist signups;
- use the website in violation of any applicable law.
5. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites (such as community channels or hardware vendors). We are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
8. Changes
We may update the website and these Terms as the product evolves. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by French law. For any question, use our contact form.
